At Urban Oasis Decor, we take pride in ensuring your handcrafted items are delivered safely and on time. Each product is securely packaged and entrusted to our trusted delivery partners. While we do our best to meet all timelines, occasional delays may occur that are beyond our control.

Delivery & Installation

• In-stock items: Delivered within 3–5 working days after your order is confirmed.

• Pre-order or out-of-stock items: May take longer; our team will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date.

• Free delivery + installation: For orders above $120.

• $15 delivery fee: For orders below $120 (installation not included).

Please ensure items fit through your doors, lifts, and staircases before purchasing. Dimensions are listed on each product page. Additional charges may apply for carry-up services or disposal.

Returns & Exchanges

We hope you’ll love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Please note:

• Valid Reasons Required: Returns for change of mind are not allowed. A valid reason must be provided for all return requests.

• Handmade Variations: As many of our pieces feature hand-made elements, slight variations in color, texture, or finish from the product images are natural and not considered defects. These variations are what make each item unique.

Return Policy

• Return period: Within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Condition: Items must be in as-new condition with original packaging wherever possible. We cannot accept returns for items showing damage, stains, modifications, or signs of use.

• How to start a return: Contact us with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the item. Our team will guide you through the process.

• Exclusions: Clearance and Sale pieces, sample items, and items damaged from misuse or normal wear & tear cannot be returned or exchanged.

Delivered Items

• Returns are collected through our delivery team for your convenience. A $5 handling fee will be deducted from your store credit refund.

• This fee also applies to exchanges.

• Refunds are provided as store credit.

Items Not Yet Delivered

• Changes to your order: Free of charge if made at least 3 days before your scheduled delivery.

• Cancellations: Full refund to your original payment method if cancelled within 48 hours of purchase.

We kindly ask for your understanding that we may need to decline returns that do not meet the above requirements. Urban Oasis Decor also reserves the right to update this policy when necessary.
