We take pride in ensuring your handcrafted items are delivered safely and on time. All products are securely packaged and handled by trusted delivery partners, though occasional delays may occur beyond our control.

Delivery & Installation:

• In-stock items will be delivered within 3–5 working days after your order is confirmed.
• Pre-order or out-of-stock items may take longer; our team will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date.
  
• Free delivery + installation for orders above $120.
  
• $15 delivery fee for orders below $120 (installation not included).
  

Please ensure items fit through your doors, lifts, and staircases before purchase, dimensions are listed on each product page. Additional charges may apply for carry-up services or disposal.

We hope you’ll love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

• Return period: You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
  
• Condition: Items must be in as-new condition, with original packaging wherever possible. We’re unable to accept returns for items that show damage, stains, modifications, or signs of use.
  
• How to start a return: Just contact us with your order number, reason for return, and a few photos of the item, and we’ll guide you through the next steps.
  
• Exclusions: Clearance and Sale pieces, sample items, and items damaged from misuse or normal wear & tear cannot be returned or exchanged.
  

Delivered items

• As an online-only store, returns are collected through our delivery team for your convenience. A $5 handling fee will be deducted from your store credit refund to cover this service.
  
• This fee also applies for exchanges.
  
• Refunds for delivered items are provided as store credit vouchers.
  

Items not yet delivered

• You can make changes to your order free of charge if it’s at least 3 days before your scheduled delivery.
  
• If you cancel within 48 hours of purchase, you can receive a full refund to your original payment method.
